This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of adr control module also data bus powertrain, missing messages is the final reason of the code. |
28719 Possible Causes:
28719 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28719 Code
- Inspect all the connections generator shut-off, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
