Accumulated in electronic control units so oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit open circuit or barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28711 Possible Causes:
28711 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28711 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
