When you open exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction and wait then pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
28711 Possible Causes:
28711 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 28711 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
