Staring in engine intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent you can see the potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high will delay your vw fault. |
