When you open throttle actuator control system, forced idle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, open or short to ground or change relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
28657 Possible Causes:
28657 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28657 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
