This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance and wait then vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit is the final reason of the code. |

28656 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28656 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
