The problem is about exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
28647 Possible Causes:
28647 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction
