This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor transmission range display, circuit open also secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
28622 Possible Causes:
28622 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28622 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
