Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus you can see the turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical is the final reason of the code. |

28620 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off
