The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault please check dtc memory of adr control module it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control unit error programming error and reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
28618 Possible Causes:
28618 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28618 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
