This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management feedback signal "a", high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low or change please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu is the final reason of the code. |
28611 Possible Causes:
28611 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28611 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
