When you open fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high or change actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
28604 Possible Causes:
28604 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28604 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
