Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle actuator control system, stuck closed also cylinder 2 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
28599 Possible Causes:
28599 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28599 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
