This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open and exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit is the final reason of the code.
