28547 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control module throttle actuator position, performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ and wait then starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
28547 Possible Causes:
28547 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28547 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
