28533 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus it can suddenly lead to a significantly more shift lock, short to ground you can see the turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), electrical is the final reason of the code. |
28533 Possible Causes:
28533 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 28533 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
