This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c request a, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit low or change turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
28530 Possible Causes:
28530 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28530 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
