This something to do with the intake camshaft timing malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ . On the other hand control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
28530 Possible Causes:
28530 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28530 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation starter relay 2, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
