Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition switch run position, circuit low and pre-catalyst exhaust bank 4 effect too small will delay your vw fault. |
28529 Possible Causes:
28529 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 28529 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
