This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit high . So for next o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean is the final reason of the code. |
28523 Possible Causes:
28523 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28523 Code
- Inspect all the connections data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
