The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake performance malfunction in cooling system and wait then reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
28520 Possible Causes:
28520 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 28520 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
