Diameter in engine fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit range / performance and wait then secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
28517 Possible Causes:
28517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28517 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust pressure sensor 2, high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
