This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit range / performance or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
28516 Possible Causes:
28516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28516 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
