This something to do with the intake camshaft timing drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit electrical malfunction to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so camshaft position signal output, circuit low or change secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

28513 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 28513 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circut high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
