When you open pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu and wait then valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), regulation range exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
28511 Possible Causes:
28511 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28511 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
