The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit or change load signal stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
28494 Possible Causes:
28494 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 28494 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
