This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reversing light, circuit short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil 'd' primary control, circuit low and wait then change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |
28480 Possible Causes:
28480 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 28480 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
