28480 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine bank 1, system too lean off idle run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus or change ignition coil 'i' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
28480 Possible Causes:
28480 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 28480 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
