Staring in engine activation starter relay 2, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction also engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
28470 Possible Causes:
28470 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28470 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel fired heater, disabled
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
