28466 Description And Summary : |

When you open injection pump, timing calibration not learned it can suddenly lead to a significantly more hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded and wait then tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
28466 Possible Causes:
28466 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28466 Code
- Inspect all the connections activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
