Diameter in engine o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed throttle actuator control system, stuck open also oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit is the final reason of the code. |

28466 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
