The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off it can suddenly lead to a significantly more valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground or change oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |

28463 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 28463 Code
- Inspect all the connections sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
