Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles bank 1; system too lean at idle and reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
28458 Possible Causes:
28458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 28458 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed signal, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
