Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit and wait then please check dtc memory of adr control module is the final reason of the code. |
28458 Possible Causes:
28458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28458 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter regeneration duration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
