The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault powertrain data bus, missing message from steering wheel electronics mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'h' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
28455 Possible Causes:
28455 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28455 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
