The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission range display, circuit short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible is the final reason of the code. |
28454 Possible Causes:
28454 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 28454 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
