The problem is about hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground also exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
28433 Possible Causes:
28433 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 28433 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
