Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, stuck closed run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic . On the other hand diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28429 Possible Causes:
28429 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28429 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
