The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault b camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit high or idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high will delay your vw fault. |
28426 Possible Causes:
28426 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28426 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake air heater "a", circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
