Accumulated in electronic control units so o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit or change intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
28421 Possible Causes:
28421 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28421 Code
- Inspect all the connections givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
