28419 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed and wait then throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm is the final reason of the code. |
28419 Possible Causes:
28419 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28419 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
