Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded . So for next throttle angle signal stuck off is the final reason of the code. |

28408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
