28402 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), electrical malfunction . On the other hand secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
28402 Possible Causes:
28402 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28402 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
