28399 Possible Causes:
28399 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 28399 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
