The problem is about 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles glow plug control module 2 (j703), electrical malfunction and hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high will delay your vw fault. |
28391 Possible Causes:
28391 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 28391 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
