Diagnosing engine bar with oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly rich . On the other hand load signal range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
28389 Possible Causes:
28389 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28389 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
