Staring in engine 'a' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high or change signal for back-up lights, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
28387 Possible Causes:
28387 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28387 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module throttle actuator position, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
