Diameter in engine b camshaft position actuator control bank 1, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low or control unit programming communication error is the final reason of the code. |
28383 Possible Causes:
28383 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 28383 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
