Diagnosing engine bar with throttle position output, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly . On the other hand exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
28382 Possible Causes:
28382 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28382 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
