The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so water in fuel sensor, circuit also exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
28379 Possible Causes:
28379 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28379 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
