This something to do with the intake camshaft timing reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high you can see the valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
28365 Possible Causes:
28365 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 28365 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
