This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature control bank 4, range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance and intake air heater "a", circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
28363 Possible Causes:
28363 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28363 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
