28353 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start torque management feedback signal "b", range / performance . On the other hand control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
28353 Possible Causes:
28353 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 28353 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
