The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system please check dtc memory of adr control module . So for next intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
28349 Possible Causes:
28349 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 28349 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
