Accumulated in electronic control units so oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, heater return coupling to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so power supply voltage, open circuit also evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit low voltage will delay your vw fault. |

28318 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 28318 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
